First time User? Use these easy steps at least 2 hours before the session:
First Time using Elluminate? On the computer you will be using for this session, complete a brief system check:
1. Go to www.elluminate.com/support
2. Complete Steps 1 and 2 in the First Time Users Section at least 20 minutes before the session start time. This will help assure you are able to actively participate in the session.
Note: We will be using VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) which is ideally experienced with a headset that includes an integrated microphone. (HINT: Check with your foreign language department for a headset) No headset? That's ok. At a minimum, you will need to be sure you have speakers integrated into your computer. Most laptops and desktops have built in speakers. If not, external speakers will work. Be sure you are using the most up-to-date version of your preferred browser. Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox are all supported. Have a telephone with speaker/mute capabilities for audio on hand just in case VOIP doesn't work for you.
On the day of the Webinar:
